Prosser has a mixed track record so far with Apple rumors. He was correct about both a second-generation iPhone SE being announced on April 15, 2020 and the 13-inch MacBook Pro being refreshed on May 4, 2020, but he has also shared a fair amount of incorrect information, including iOS switching back to iPhoneOS branding, the new iPhone SE having the same rear camera system as the iPhone XR, and fake images of an AirPower-like wireless charging mat.
In the first half of 2025, Prosser published a series of videos showing his re-creations of what he claimed were screens from what was then presumed to be called the upcoming iOS 19, including the Camera and Messages apps and a broader look at a design overhaul for iOS.
While the renderings didn't quite match what Apple debuted with iOS 26 in June of 2025, they were close enough that it was clear his information came from earlier work-in-progress versions of iOS 26.
In July of 2025, Apple sued Prosser and Michael Ramacciotti, alleging misappropriation of trade secrets through a scheme to access a development iPhone under the control of an Apple employee.
