Apple Announces iOS 17.3 Release Date
Apple today announced that iOS 17.3 will be released for the iPhone XS and newer next week. The update will likely be available on Monday, January 22 or Tuesday, January 23.
Apple revealed this timing in a press release about a new Unity Bloom wallpaper for the iPhone and iPad that will be available with iOS 17.3 and iPadOS 17.3:
The new Unity Bloom iPhone and iPad wallpaper for the Lock Screen will also be available next week, and requires iPhone Xs or later running iOS 17.3 and iPad (6th generation and later), iPad mini (5th generation and later), iPad Air (3rd generation and later), 12.9-inch iPad Pro (2nd generation and later), 10.5-inch iPad Pro, and 11-inch iPad Pro (1st generation and later) running iPadOS 17.3.
iOS 17.3 also introduces Stolen Device Protection and collaborative Apple Music playlists.
watchOS 10.3 will be released next week too, according to Apple's press release. The update includes a new Black Unity watch face.
