Lastly for the MacBook Air line, Best Buy has massive $300 discounts on both the 256GB and 512GB model. Prices start at $999.00 for the 256GB 15-inch M2 MacBook Air and rise to $1,199.00 for the 512GB 15-inch M2 MacBook Air. Both are exclusive to My Best Buy Plus/Total members and are all-time low prices.

No one, neither publication nor vendor, ever says 8GB anywhere. The vendor page may have it hidden somewhere exactly once. Everyone is clearly ashamed of the base 8GB RAM. Yet people still came out of the woodwork defending it.

Why so few discounts on the M2 models? It's about time to upgrade my 2016 MBP and I haven't been able to find any big discounts on the M2s with higher memory. Is it just because those are customized?
