Next iPad Pro to Finally Fix Its Most Annoying FaceTime Issue
Apple's next iPad Pro refresh will address a persistent usability quirk for some FaceTime users, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman.

For the first time, the upcoming M5-powered models will boast dual front-facing cameras – one positioned for portrait mode, the other for landscape. The new camera setup means you won't need to physically reorient the device for incoming video calls or selfies, however you tend to hold it.
Currently, the iPad Pro's single front camera sits along the landscape edge, which works great when you're using it like a laptop. But if someone initiates a FaceTime video call with you while you're in portrait orientation for reading or scrolling, your face appears off to the side of the frame.
While not a groundbreaking iPad addition, especially given Face ID already works in any orientation, it could be argued that the landscape-privileging camera was the last thing worth correcting for the optimal video call experience.
The change comes as part of what's expected to be a more modest processor-focused update cycle for the iPad Pro after last year's dramatic OLED redesign.
