YouTuber Shows Windows XP Running on iPhone With This Free App
In July, a free PC emulator called "UTM SE" was made available on the App Store for the iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro headset.

With this emulator, it is possible to run Microsoft's classic Windows XP operating system directly on the iPhone, with no jailbreaking or hacks required.
Watch the video below from Michael MJD for a look at Windows XP on the iPhone in action.
The app can also be used to emulate other PC operating systems on the iPhone, including Windows 7, Windows 11, Ubuntu, and more.
Apple initially rejected UTM SE in June, even though it updated its App Review Guidelines to allow retro game emulators back in April. Apple told the app's developers at the time that it violated the App Store guidelines because a "PC is not a console." However, Apple later approved the app, and clarified its guidelines related to PC emulators.
