Apple is expected to unveil iOS 19 during its WWDC 2025 keynote on June 9. In the meantime, an additional two new features have been rumored.
The first rumor is that iOS 19 will extend Stage Manager to iPhone models with a USB-C port. Currently limited to select iPads, Stage Manager is a multitasking feature that lets you use multiple apps at once on an external display.
The second rumor is that iPads running iPadOS 19 will display a macOS-like menu bar on the screen while connected to a Magic Keyboard.
Both of the alleged features were shared by a leaker known as Majin Bu, who has a mixed track record with Apple rumors. They were one of the sources who accurately claimed that the device succeeding the iPhone SE would be named the iPhone 16e, but they inaccurately claimed that the device would have a Dynamic Island, instead of a notch. They also leaked the redesigned Milanese Loop for the Apple Watch Ultra 2, the Desert Titanium color name for iPhone 16 Pro models, several iPhone cases, and much more.
The first developer beta of iOS 19 should be available on June 9, and the update should be released to the general public in September.
