For a limited time, anyone with a PayPal account can get a digital $100 iTunes gift card for $85, and you'll receive the code for the iTunes credit via email within a few hours after the purchase.
The credit will only be valid on purchases made on the United States App and iTunes stores. For the first time ever, I haven't received the iTunes code in my e-mail within ten minutes. It's been almost an hour and a half since my order was placed.
