Mac OS X 10.6.5 Build 10H531 Seeded to Developers

Whereas the previous version carried no documented known issues, Build 10H531 exhibits one known issue involving USB devices not operating properly after waking from sleep on machines with VMware's virtualization products installed. Focus areas for the latest build are said to include iCal, Mail, USB Devices, 3D Graphics, QuickTime, and Time Machine.
The current version of Apple's Snow Leopard operating system, Mac OS X 10.6.4, was released in mid-June.

10.7 By iPhone 5 (next June) sound about right?
Do you have to be a registered Mac developer to download this or can iPhone devs also get it?
Mac developers only.
Oh, well.
I've got a nagging issues with windows not staying it the assigned space, and none of the updates have fixed this issue. When Spaces doesn't show up as something on these updates lists, I lose hope that it'll be fixed this time around, either.
Oh, well.

Why do we keep reporting on these developer seeds of 10.6.x upgrades. I mean, if there was some awesome feature coming, I would understand. But Apple is doing a ton more than just OS X. I think these updates to developers should be page 2 news from here on.
Because people like Mac news for a change.
