In a statement to TechCrunch, Apple said it is "excited to be manufacturing iPhone 14 in India," just a few weeks after its launch. Correction: Foxconn does. Apple doesn't make their own iPhones. Thus to have iPhones made is whatever country, it depends if Foxconn can/will open up factories there or not.
