These are simply used phones that will have varying degree of longevity, not refurbished in any way, especially comparing to how Apple refurbishes their phones with a new shell/screen and battery.

Say what they are - used, not what they aren't - refurbished.

$730 for a scratch and dent 11 Pro Max is way too high. You can get them for a lot less in mint condition.

As others have said, these are secondhand phones, companies should be banned from using the refurbished tag on their offerings.

Even Apple should be punished for using the term.
If items are returned by a consumer then those should be sold as an Openbox, if repaired then use the term secondhand, because...that's what it is.

I bought one such phone (an iPhone 6S) from Woot and it was not only dented but the battery health was at 79%.

Please MacRumors, I know you get a small commission off of these but stop advertising Woot’s “refurbished” phones.
