MacCentral has an news story which reports that Quake III Team Arena may have Mac OS X support.

iTools mail is down, well sort of!
David Seligman writes "I have three mac.com email addresses. One for personal, one for business and one for spam, listservers and stuff. As of the moment two of them are useless and they just happen to be the two I need most.
I had thought that it was just me until I went to the apple tech exchange board. It seems that ALOT of people can't get there mail.

Midway Arcade Games - Free
Seen on Slashdot, Midway and Shockwave announced that 10 classic Midway Arcade games (including Defender, Joust, Spyhunter) are available for free in Shockwave versions.
At the moment, they aren't Mac-compatible yet - but there is a message on their site saying Mac-support is coming soon. In the meanwhile, MAME is probably the best solution...
Free Color Laser Printers?
Macweek has an article about a company called Cadapult who is providing free Color Laser Printers for up to 2 years to users if you buy supplies (toner, paper) from them over the same time period.
There is a minimum of 1000pages/mo printed... but sounds like a great deal. According to the article, cost of supplies is comparable to other sources.

Windows 2000 on your Mac without Emulation - Future of NetPC's?
MacWeek reports that Personable.com now supports Mac browsers.
Personable.com is an interesting site which lets users run a virtual Windows 2000 session through their browser. To use Microsoft Office apps, you need to pay a monthly fee, but you can test it and run some apps with a free account. Despite the warnings on the website that you need a PC, Mac IE 5.0 did work.

GL Tron!
glTron is a 3d version of the Tron Movie Light Cycles arena. It's a sign how far the technology has come. At the time the computer generated Tron movie was state of the art. Now, you can basically render it on your desktop computer in real time.
