MacWeek posted this interesting Yahoo news story about companies changing their names to match their domain names:
"Either pay thousands or even millions of dollars for the name that you want, or settle on a domain name - the equivalent of a Web address - you can afford and change your corporate identity, logo and letterhead."
Domain names are still very important. What's a shame is that many of the registered domain names aren't being used... see this previous item about Mac domain names.
