Deals: 2021 Apple TV 4K Hits New Record Low Price at $99.99

Apple's 2021 32GB Apple TV 4K has hit a new all-time low price today on Amazon, available for $99.99, down from its original price of $179.00. This beats the previous record low price that we tracked during Prime Early Access by about $5.

Apple announced a new model of the Apple TV 4K earlier this week, and it starts at just $129 for 64GB. While this makes the 2021 64GB model harder to recommend (it's currently $119.99 on Amazon), if you're okay with a previous-generation device and want to save money, today's sale on the 2021 32GB Apple TV 4K is a great deal.

Just bought a Roku 4K Stick for $25 on sale and it has Airplay built in so I can stream from my Macbook and iPhone. I generally like Apple but can't help feeling like we're getting ripped off with their TV product line-up.
Having used both, the user experience is so much better on the ATV, well worth the money, especially if only getting it for one TV.

But, completely understand why someone would rather pay only $25 for something that can do 70% of what an $100 device can do.

The faster chip would actually mean more if Apple actually showed interest in it's gaming division. They practically have all they need (except maybe an official controller) to make a good (and convenient) gaming console but they seem clueless with gaming in general and gaming marketing.

A12 chip while the new one has A15
My a10 atv is still as fast as day 1. For media consumption an a12 is still overkill.

I had no idea my old Apple TV had a fan -- did anyone ever hear a fan sound?
Must be really quiet. I never knew either, until they talked about removing it. lol

So odd they would continue to sell this side by side with the new one. Maybe they discontinue it when the new one is available?
This is Amazon, not Apple..
