Hopefully the AirPods discounts are because they're going to release that newer version soon that has the wireless charging case. Hopefully since they announced it a year ago they have upgraded it in other ways too like a newer W2 chip which makes the range even better and helps improve battery life a little bit to maybe 6 hours per charge?
