All very nice,

until you find out it got a 1 on a scale of 10 repairability on ifixit (http://www.ifixit.com/Teardown/MacBook-Pro-with-Retina-Display-Teardown/9462/1)

Even the battery is glued to the body.

"Old" MacbookPro is still better minus the retina screen.
So what you're suggesting is that if I buy AppleCare, they won't be able to repair it, they'll have to give me a new one? ;)

They are stunning in person. For anyone doing video, photo or graphics, it may be a religious experience for them. As for the glare, it's night and day compared to the MBP. For those of us doing serious work, you're gonna be blown away.

Already went into mine this morning when they opened and messed around with one.

The MBP R-Type is AMAZING. Everything on the screen looks so sharp and images/video just pops.

probably an accurate representation of the glare on this screen :p
For those talking about glare, you have no clue what you are talking about. Go inside and see one in person. Then come back and comment.
