Congrats to all who have held AAPL long-term. I would've sold when it hit $100 the first time.

The thing that makes me most happy about this is that I'm sure there are people who shorted the stock to profit off of Job's death and they are losing money right now.

They just keep on going up and up!

If I had put about $2K (which is what my mom put in my savings account after my g-ma died and left her some money) in 1986 into AAPL, I'd have about $3.3 million right now. Realistically I would have cashed out in '97 when I turned 18 for about $8K and spent it on a crappy car and drugs. Sure am glad I can't kick myself for that one!

Because I hate that my iPhone 4S is so already outdated after Day 1 and I'm friggin' tied to the Apple eco-system and all of you cultists feed on things like stock prices being up which fuels Apple into following their path of not giving us the most current technology because they know we'll buy these friggin' outdated phones anyway.

I'd be embarrased about complaining about how 'horribly outdated' the product I just bought is- did you spend 5 minutes to even research what the hell it is you're buying before you did so?? What exactly did you buy the phone based on, a figment of your imagination? And you call everyone that actually knew what they were buying, and are satisfied with their purchase a cultist?
