That 256GB iPad Air is tempting…
Indeed. Amazon has the same prices, and I had some leftover gift cards from the holidays, so just this morning I picked up a 256k Air 5 for the wife, who was suffering along with an Air 3 with a 70% battery ? for her regular Netflix And Chill™.

The ~35% discount off list once was all said and done made it a bargain. She's set for another 5 years.

Unless you're really using an iPad to the max as your only device, I see little reason to worry about latest and greatest. But that's an individual decision, of course.

MacBook Pro is dead to me until they reverse their decision to delete the best color. And since that’s not going to happen then they’ve lost a Mac customer for life. Unlucky Tim.

Biggest concern is missing out on new AI capabilities in OS18, as both M2 and M3 have significantly improved neural processing units.

I pulled the trigger on the 15 inch MBA 512 GB from Best Buy a couple of days ago.

I've been in the market, and for my computing needs, saving $300 beats an M3 chip. I do wish I would have gotten Starlight though. The fingerprint issue is no joke on the Midnight.
