Apple Seeds Second Beta of tvOS 15.3 to Developers

Apple's WWDC 2023 Keynote: Follow along with our live blog.

Apple today seeded the second beta of an upcoming tvOS 15.3 update to developers for testing purposes, with the software coming three weeks after the first beta and a month after the release of tvOS 15.2.

Apple TV tvOS 15 Feature
Developers can download the new tvOS 15.3 beta by downloading a profile onto the ‌Apple TV‌ using Xcode.

tvOS updates are often minor in scale, focusing on under-the-hood bug fixes and improvements rather than major outward-facing changes. We don't yet know what's included in the tvOS 15.3 update, but we'll update this article should anything new be found.

Though we don't often know what's new in tvOS during the beta testing process, we let MacRumors readers know when new updates are available so those who are developers can download it upon release.

Thanks for the last tidbit, my collection is only a few hundred. I think the Apple TV + app is encompassing too much, Its own streaming content, multiple channels, accessing your iTunes purchases, likely it is memory limited and that is why the library database fails beyond so many items.

Does the library also act up on your Mac ATV+ app or on your 4K TV ATV+ app?
Now that I have about 3.4k movies, whenever I try to load the Library page in Apple TV app, it will eventually just show Family Share page without any of my movies. I agree with you that the app is trying to do too many things and it's overload.

My library is showing fine when using the TV app on both Mac and iPhone. Though the latter took over nearly a minute to load up my library.

For whats it worth, that gave me enough info to submit a non-user specific tvOS TV + app application failure report to Apple per Feedback assistant.
