To give you back the same excuses you lot make for apple: you’re plugging it in wrong :)
When did I ever make that excuse for apple?

Didn’t I criticize apple, in the very recent past, repeatedly, for the Magic Mouse recharging port location, the butterfly keyboard, Catalina being buggy, the iphone 4 antennas, the mac cube cracking, nearly every one of my macs since 2008 having a problem that required apple care, the touchbar being terrible, etc.?

Do I need to be a paid Samsung shill to keep you happy or something?

I always stand behind all Anker products, but especially their cables and charger bricks. While apple was discontinuing their (terrible) included cables and bricks, Anker was selling their own with much more quality for a fraction of the price.

You are living in a different reality. I refuse to buy any Anker product again. ALL that I’ve purchased through the years has been sub-par at its best. What a waste of money.

It looks like they're one of the main battery makers still for sale.
