These represent the best prices available online for the Apple Watch GPS + Cellular models, and some of the best-ever discounts on the wearables since Series 3 launched last fall.

As a happy Series 0 Stainless with Milanese owner, I'd do the Series 3 Black Stainless with Milanese deal in a heartbeat if the Series 4 did not offer an upgrade I find worth paying the MSRP for (especially since I expect to get years of use from the Series 4 as I have from my S0).
