First Hands On Video of iPhone 4S with Benchmarks, "Raise to Speak" Feature
It seems someone has gotten hold of an iPhone 4S ahead of launch. This video from AppVV.com shows off a new iPhone 4S with some early benchmarks (thanks BluC0la). It also shows the Siri settings interface which allows you to turn Siri On/Off, change Language Settings, Voice feedback, My Info and enable Raise to Speak.
To talk to Siri, press and hold the home button or raise the phone to your ear and speak.
Early Sunspider marks show a total score of 2222.1ms and a BrowserMark score of 89567. For comparison, it appears that the BrowserMark score for an iPhone 4 running iOS 5 is 44856, so the new iPhone 4S benches twice as fast in the browser.
The iPhone 4S doesn't officially launch until October 14th. Some readers have gotten early ship notices, but we hadn't heard of any deliveries thus far. It's not clear how this person obtained their iPhone 4S.

I didn't know the iPhone 5 existed! :p
Granted this is only a tiny bit of info but how does that stack up against other current gen high end phones. The Galaxy SII comes to mind.

Note that a lot of this also has to do with software. It looks like iOS 5 improved the performance of this benchmark result significantly. Or maybe they are using a different version? I'd like to know
I don't know you, guys, but I'm naming my siri "Computer".
Don't know about anyone else but of we can name them, "Kit" was the first thing that came to mind.
