iPod II?

Newcomer, MacNews.net.tc claims that Apple will be introducing a major iPod revision at MacWorld SF:

While details remain a bit sketchy, there definitely will be a new highend model with a colour screen, while the entry-level model will be the 10 GB version of the old variant (with new software, though).

iPods were last updated in July 2002, with a 20GB model, and has seen frequent revisions.

Update: MacNews.net.tc updated with a followup article claiming that the iPod II will support MPEG-4 Video, AAC, and MPEG-1 with a color screen.
