Registered developers can opt-in to the ‌macOS Sequoia‌ beta through the Software Update section of the System Settings app. An Apple ID associated with an Apple Developer account is required to get the beta.

‌macOS Sequoia‌ 15.5 appears to be a minor update so far, and no notable new features were found in the first beta.

Work on new features for ‌macOS Sequoia‌ is winding down, as Apple will soon transition to macOS 16. The next-generation version of macOS is set to be unveiled at WWDC in June.

I have updated three Mac (M1, M1 Pro and M4 Pro), and the update seems to delete all of your browser data in Safari. Extensions must be given new permissions, and websites again asks you to accept cookies or not.

Is it safe to say that these are no longer going to be supported?
don't think so

one would expect support for ventura to continue till release of macOS 16

likewise support for sonoma to continue till release of macOS 17

at least that's how it's been for many years, supporting systems till third version up is released

so this time we have

macOS Ventura 13.7.6 RC 1 (22H612)
macOS Sonoma 14.7.6 RC 1 (23H612)

they are usually released when the sequoia ones come out, but as we saw last time this doesn't always happen so even though the sequoia one is the beta 2, these RCs are RC 1's

I tried 15.2 for a few days and went back to Sonoma due to all the bugs (external mic wasn’t working properly with Loom/Teams, Mission Control not remembering settings, a few more things…)

How’s 15.4?
