On Demand upgrade program, enabling qualified customers to purchase either tablet on an 18-month lease and upgrade to a newer tablet up to three times per year. The program breaks down the price of each iPad into equal monthly payments starting at $22/month with $0 due upfront.

upgrade to a newer tablet up to three times per year.
This doesn't exactly align with the fact that newer iPads are only released once a year, or now apparently, every other year. The lease would be up before a new device even came out.

I realize you could swap out for a new size or change to an Android tablet, but is that the expected normal use-case?
