MacBidouille posts a claim that some individuals have been able to launch Mac OS X for Intel Processors on non-Apple Developer Kit hardware.

According to the unconfirmed claims, any dependancy on the TPM digital rights chip have been "cracked" and specific hardware requirements can be worked around with emulation.
