Apple has updated the iTunes/Pepsi promo page... with Official Rules, a FAQ, System Requirements as well as this iTunes Link to allow winners to redeem their songs.
According to the rules, the promo ends on 3/31/04 and the "maximum number of valid Codes per email address/person that can be entered at the Web Site is 10 per day and 200 total throughout the Promotion Period."

Update — 10 a.m. Pacific Time: Apple has released iOS 27.
During its iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Duo event last week, Apple announced that iOS 27 will be released widely on Monday, September 14.
iOS 27 should be available around 10 a.m. Pacific Time / 1 p.m. Eastern Time today via the Settings app, under General → Software Update.
