Multiple Routes Supported in iOS 5 Google Maps

One of the many new features in iOS 5 is also the ability to select multiple routes in Google Maps. Here's a screenshot showing 3 different routes between two locations that can be used.

Thanks Andrew and Nate

I’d also like the feature maps.google.com has, where you can drag the route to avoid/approach desired areas. Perfect for touch.

I think this app (along with YouTube) would be updated more often if they weren't default Apple apps.

It would be better if it were better implemented at other countries.

Take a look at the Garmin Edge 800. It specifically creates routes for bicycling and can re-route on the fly. I love my iPhone, but when I'm on the bike, the Edge works great.

That would be great, I ride my bike all over colorado spring and hate have to zoom way in or scout out the road ahead of time to see if there's a good bike route.

This would be great if it worked for me.

Have you tried changing the view? Maybe it has a cache?

To be honest, although the Android version of Google Maps and YouTube are updated more regularly, they don't have a lot more functionality.
