iPhone Update 1.0.1 Released
Apple has released (via iTunes) is iPhone Software 1.0.1. Apple simply describes the update as containing "bug fixes", and does not indicate any additional functionality at this time.

Just installed it. Progress bar on the phone's display was a nice touch.
Is working fine. It does not update the weather icon as katanna noted.

it definitely is a lot more stable. i've been browsing safari listening to music for the past 20 minutes (at least). not a crash yet. pretty impressive.
