Apple appears to have quietly dropped prices on their 12" and 15" PowerBooks:

12" PowerBook w/ Super Drive ($1999 -> $1799)

12" PowerBook w/ Combo Drive ($1799 -> $1599)

15" PowerBook w/ Super Drive ($2799 -> $2599)

15" PowerBook w/ Combo Drive ($2299 -> $1999)

The 12" PowerBook was introduced alongside the 17" PowerBook at MacWorld San Francisco (Jan 2003), while the 15" PowerBook was last updated in November 2002. Ongoing rumors have anticipated a 15" PowerBook revision with some recent unconfirmed rumors of 15" PowerBook event in June.
