How about we stop with the articles about the Apple TV and/or HomePod Minis until the new ones are actually released?
this is a website called Mac***RUMORS***

the literal point of the place is to discuss and share when things such as this happen. lack of product availability typically points to product updates

if you just want to know when a release happens, headlines will pop up everywhere on the internet and you can just elect to not be here.

We're watching through The West Wing on HBO (via our AppleTV), and lately I've really struggled to hear the dialogue of some characters on our stereo-paired Minis, sitting about 8-10 feet from the TV/Mini pair. This is with volume at about 60%, and I can hear other characters (Martin Sheen for instance) just fine.
Have you tried the Enhance Dialogue feature? I find it provides a pretty good boost in the mid-range where the dialogue is. I like it in combination with Reduce Loud Sounds.

Maybe not what you want, but if you have AirPods they sound incredible with ATV and make everything way clearer. You can also do two pairs of them at the same time. Not usable for group watching, obviously, but AirPods are now my go-to when watching TV alone.

From the article, "These shortages have been occurring on and off for more than a year." How many articles have we read on here about the imminent release of the new Apple TV and/or HomePod Minis. Love MacRumors but get tired of clicking through to read the same thing again and again.
