We are nearing the end of the beta testing process, and few new features were found in today's developer betas. ‌macOS Golden Gate‌ includes new wallpapers, while ‌iOS 27‌ has a Shortcuts splash screen and a new Game Center icon.

I could see it right away but it's giving error "Failed to personalize the software update." I've tried several fix attemtps (disable Find My, switched wi-fi, delete Library/Updates, manually in Terminal with “sudo softwareupdate -i -a -R”, restarted into Safe Mode and attempted there) but nothing helped. Since so many other people can't even see it yet, I'll hope it's just Apple's servers/propagation issue and will fix itself shortly...

i see it, but the download fails at 10%. retried several times, probably about to give up for the night. (it's 23:41 here.)

edit: It fails with the same error reported by gloop6o: "Failed to personalise the software update. Please try again." I didn't try *that* hard to make it work anyway 😉 reckoned it was clearly a server problem. I did try it on two separate machines though.
