Some good deals an Apple watch. But agree with some of the other posts here. Buying from Amazon could result in getting a refurbished/faulty product.

Recently saw excellent discount for 24" iMac on Amazon. Saw some reviews regarding faulty keyboard. I decided to skip it and bought straight from Apple.

We tried purchasing a watch 7 during last sale (a couple weeks ago) and watch was DOA (wouldn't take charge and wouldn't factory reset.) We returned for exchange and that one was previously registered to another user and couldn't be set up. Be careful what you wish for — Amazon is a warehouse full of rejects and returns waiting on an unsuspecting purchaser.

Somewhat cautious about buying Apple products from Amazon.
Read too many comments from various online articles, including the ones on Amazon itself, where the product was not as advertised, some were apparently refurbished or used.

Walmart had the 40mm Watch SE Gold Aluminium Case with Starlight Sport Band for $229 on sale through last weekend as it made a nice gift for a relative.
Check out other websites for deals as well.
