How bad are the bugs in the .0 release?
I got brave and leaped. Pleasantly, no compatibility issues (VMWare Fusion and Mathematica), no obvious breakage (like Mail was on Catalina .0). No weird hardware behavior (MBP 2018, Mini 2018). That's obviously the way it should be, but after recent history I did not have positive expectations.

I can guarantee it won’t be fixed I bet they know about it and they want it that way, I doubt it’s a bug as they wouldn’t release a new product with such a major flaw, the whole pro motion thing with the new MacBooks is hyped to much; safari will stay at 60hz
I don't think it's intentional because they specifically used scrolling in Safari in the Apple Event to demonstrate how fluid the ProMotion screen is.

Can someone ASK APPLE execs directly and find out if External GPU use will ever be supported in Monterey for Apple Silicon?

It's bad enough the machine is totally NOT upgradable. RAM, CPU, SSD.

The least they could do is allow use of external GPU's or video cards.
