Apple Airs First iPhone 4S TV Ad Featuring Siri

Apple aired the first television advertisement for the iPhone 4S tonight. The new ad highlights Apple's virtual assistant Siri. The ad has not yet appeared on Apple's official YouTube channel, but was captured by MacRumors reader Philip.

The ad shows many situations where people are talking to their iPhone 4S, asking it specific questions or describing scenarios. At the end, Apple shows Siri responding, and ends with "Say hello to the most amazing iPhone yet."

epic.
I agree. If you thought those FaceTime commercials each triggered an "I've been in that situation" emotional response...this one triggers tons of them.

This will really open people's eyes to the practical applications of what Siri can really do.

Simplicity at it's finest. Now on to try to see if these work for me too on my iPhone 4s =)

As is usual for Apple advertisements, this shows people seemingly countless uses for Siri. I think it's a very well-done advert.

This reminds me of being 9 and waiting for my favorite song to come on the radio so I could hurry and record it on my cassette player.
