Panther Dog Tag Gift

As one of the free giveaway gifts at the Panther Launch tonight, Apple will reportedly be giving away Panther Dog Tags.

This image appeared in an Apple Japan email. The tags were described by a Page 2 report as "silver with a black Apple on one side, the other side being all black, one with just the silver X and the other with the silver X but saying Mac OS X 10.3 Panther Worldwide Release October 24th"

Another reader reports free Panther mousepads at their local Best Buy.

The 'Night of Panther' release party starts at 8pm at your local Apple Store or participating Reseller.
