ifoAppleStore has added four new Apple Stores to its growing list of rumored or confirmed upcoming store locations:
Shibuya, Tokyo, 3.5 miles from the existing Tokyo store in Ginza, making it the fourth Apple Store in Japan. The other cities with Apple Stores are Nagoya and Osaka.
Annapolis, Maryland, in the Westfield Shoppingtown Mall off I-97. This would be the fourth Apple Store in Maryland, the others being in Bethesda (two) and Towson (one).
Victor, NY, southeast of Rochester, in the Wilmorite Eastview Mall near I-90 off I-490.
Flatiron District, New York City, the area where Broadway, 5th Avenue, and 23rd Street cross (possibly in the Flatiron Building itself), about mid-way between the SoHo store that opened in July 2002 and the upcoming midtown Manhattan store in the GM Building.
New York state currently has eight Apple Stores. The midtown Manhattan store was also reported by ifoAppleStore and discussed by AppleInsider on January 25 and again today.

Less than a week before Apple debuts new iPhone 18 Pro models, research firm TrendForce has estimated the prices of the devices based on the latest hardware cost environment.

Apple has added a new "iPhone Handoff" feature to iOS 27 that will allow you to switch between two iPhones while using the same phone number on each device.
This functionality was briefly mentioned during the WWDC 2026 keynote in June, on a slide that listed hundreds of new features coming in iOS 27 and corresponding software updates, but Apple never shared any further details at the time.

While the iPhone 17 Pro has double the base storage compared to the iPhone 16 Pro, there will apparently be no further increase this year.
Taiwanese research firm TrendForce today again reported that the iPhone 18 Pro models will start with 256GB of storage, like the iPhone 17 Pro models.
