Apple Updates Next Week?

by

Under comments to an iPod/May 2nd story on Macnn, one anonymous reseller indicates that there will be further updates next week:

Apple is trying hard to get product to their Apple Specialist dealers. We received 16 of the first 17" PowerBooks in the county even before any of the Apple retail stores and any catalog vendors. Apple has in the past screwed the Apple dealers, but I think Apple is working to make this relationship better. Granted it still needs a lot of work, but it's starting to get better. For instance I received word Friday on something that's supposed to happen next week (won't tell you) but it's the first time Apple has actually shared this type of information before they officially announced to the public.
