Apple's PDA - Part 2

Apparently, on tuesday PDA Geek also posted an item about Apple's upcoming PDA:

"Apple's PDA is coming - Matt Myers wrote in to tell me that he was making fun of the Pocket PC in CompUSA when someone walked by him and said "the best PDA ever is going to be announced in three weeks." After some prodding, Matt got the passerby to reveal that it's Apple's PDA based on Palm. So, anyone know anything? :) I forgot that Apple even had a PDA coming with all of this Microsoft hyping going on lately."

The question is - did this passer-by know something independently? Or was he just reciting what he had read here? Hard to tell.... our news item also showed up on Tuesday.


Or is this just one big game of "Telephone"... where rumors generate more rumors...
