Developers can opt-in to the macOS Sequoia beta through the Software Update section of the System Settings app. An Apple ID associated with an Apple Developer account is required to get the beta.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS BETA. IT IS HOSED, SYSTEMS SETTINGS AND KEYBOARD ISSUES. WAIT FOR AN UPDATE.

These days I'm not even sure which macOS version my devices are running. As long as there is a Dock and a Menu Bar, I'm happy.

Is this update available for anyone? Or any of the other OS updates?

Ad47uk - That goes without saying. And that isn't the reason for my warning. I've done alpha, beta and gamma testing for over 40 years. In my opinion, this wasn't a beta release. It was an alpha. The level of problems alpha software can cause is an order of magnitude more difficult to deal with than a beta release. Alphas shouldn't make it beyond the development team.
