The main difference is that Anker's accessory only provides wireless charging up to 7.5W, compared to Apple's at up to 15W.

Good time for all those people who somehow do not have a USB-C power brick to snag one.
I’m still able to use my existing lightning cables from previous iPhones (I don’t need fast charging) but I did pick up two of these USB-C bricks for the inevitable time when I need to transition! :)
