LoopRumors.com claims to have feature set details of an upcoming iChat update due in early 2003:

Features include a resizable text field, added font/color menus, ICQ compatability, and VideoCamera interoperability.

Previous reports showed that the current version of iChat already contains Microphone and Camera icons, hinting at future functionality. Meanwhile, many users will remember comments regarding future Video Conferencing software from Jobs himself back in April.
