Apparently they simply didn't renew their domain name with Network Solutions. According to WHOIS, macosrumors.com expired on July 16th and now it no longer resolves. The site is still up and running on their other domain name (http://www.mosr.com) although there is no mention of the outage... in fact, there have been no updates since Tuesday. "
