Now it looks as if we're going to have to wait until the book's official publication, thanks to an abrupt cancellation that the author, Alan Deutschman, believes was orchestrated by Apple's Supremo Leader. Paranoia? Perhaps, but the word takes on new meaning in the grand duchy of Cupertino.
