When Is Apple Vision Pro Coming Out in the UK and Elsewhere?

Apple Vision Pro, Apple's spatial computing headset, is now available to buy in the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, and Australia. The device launched in these countries on July 12, after launching in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore on June 28.

The Vision Pro first launched in the United States on February 12. Apple's reasoning for keeping sales of the Vision Pro exclusive to the US at first was likely due to limited supply, a wish to ensure that the sales process goes smoothly before expanding it, and to provide time to modify its software to be suitable for other countries.

Apple does not anticipate partnering with third-party resellers to offer the Vision Pro until at least 2025, due to the complex supply chain logistics and staff training involved in handling the device and advising customers, according to Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman.

Apple Stores are offering customers free Vision Pro demos on a first-come, first-served basis. It is also possible to reserve a Vision Pro demo online. This is a tricky one, as I cannot see many Europeans running to shell out 3K+€ for a device that so far has not generated much, if any, positive buzz.

Apple should hold off until better and much cheaper Gen 2 to go world wide.
Why? It's a great device now and obviously people will buy it. I love mine. Use it every day.

Prices in UK/EU could be scary...
No could about it…
The prices will be scary.

I am just an ordinary Brit going about his every day business earning a living, so are 99% of my family and friends… Spending £4,000 is a huge expense.
This (UK) economy is not doing well.

No idea who the buyers for this £4,000+ (single user!) AVP will be.

There are some exceptionally rich people, of course, but… are they the enthusiasts?

At my age, getting a tooth implant is more where my £4,000 will be going. 🙂
