Notes from D Conference [Updated]
Steve Jobs spoke today at The Wall Street Journal's D: All Things Digital conference today.
Beyond the Airport Express already announced, a few other releases were revealed:
- New iTunes (4.6) later today, providing support for the Airport Express
- Security Patch for Mac OS X this week
- iTunes Europe appears to be confirmed for June 15th
- Appleinsider adds that Jobs states he is proud of the products they have shipped as well as the ones they have not shipped... specifically an Apple PDA.
More details as they become available.
Meanwhile, more independent reports indicate that PowerMacs should be released tomorrow.

Hopefully they will offer support for internet through the power outlet. I have seen this internet service offered and it would be cool if apple could support it. Just plug it in and boom ur on the internet.

Finally! New Power Macs! But I guess this means no 3 GHz... :(
Why on earth do you say that? Do they have to announce 3.0GHz at WWDC? Why not now?

Definitely tomorrow. Shipping on Apple store shows 7-10 days. Why would they do this and wait until WWDC to release the new line. It looks like all shipments are on hold until the new ones come out.
And with todays Airport, and tomorrows Powermacs, there must be a lot of products waiting for WWDC.
