I think they're hilarious, though, I dont think Apple will show them on television, the didin't even post the other will farrel ad, even though alot of people asked for it.
I dont know though, maybe it would do well to show apple's humorous side...
I almost laughed my ass off at those commercials of the PC software making movies, I forget which vendor, maybe dell
I dont buy into it, but the commercials were funny, apple could use a a dose of public humor
esspecially with will farrel

I think the more switch ad's the better, even if they are not so serious as the ones created previously.
That and I love SNL and think that Will is as funny as an encredibly long program that get's X amount of errors because there no semi colon :)

I never really thought he was that funny until I saw the switch ad he did for MacWorld. That was actually kinda funny. I do like the iPod one (even if Windows gave me an error, and I had to reload the page. Stupid M$), the other one was okay. I used to think he was trying to hard, but watching SNL re-runs I see he was just working with what he had. I mean come-on, the cheerleader thing was just sad, and got old very quickly.
He was just starting to get funny with GW, not to mention the switch ad (they should have shown it on SNL) and that small part in "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" (that movie was hilarious, bad language aside).
Then he up and leaves SNL when it seemed to be getting good again.
Ah well, luck to him. Hope he does some more joke switch ads. I wonder if he really does use a Mac? Probably.

Two words: Celebrity Jeopardy. :D
I always thought he was great. He was one of my favorite SNL actors and it was really depressing to see him leave the show. It just hasn't been quite the same.
These commercials are great (especially love the "ass handed to him" bit.) And no one could forget the porn actor! I hope they do air 'em.

I forgot about that one.
His Alex Trebek and Darrell Hammond's Sean Connery were great together. He played a good straight man. I think it was just the cheerleader sketches and some of the early stuff that bugged me. I stopped watching for awhile the season after Phil Hartman died (he was my favorite). I caught some of the reruns, and the early ones with the new cast weren't that funny.
I still think he came into his own on the George Bush Jr. bits - those were funny.
I think he's funnier when he isn't trying so hard.
