As anyone who's worked in tech support knows, support calls aren't always the most rewarding experiences... :)

A friend sent us some MP3's which claim to have authentic audio recordings from Apple's Tech Support line. Really funny stuff. Here are a couple of clips which we particularly enjoyed:
